Jarno Limnéll is the Professor of Cybersecurity in Finnish Aalto University. He also works as a Vice President of Cybersecurity in Insta Group plc. Prof. Limnéll holds a Doctor of Military Science degree in Strategy from the National Defense University in Finland; a Master of Social Science degree from Helsinki University; and an Officer ́s degree from the National Defense University. Mr. Limnéll has published a comprehensive list of works on security issues. His most recent book is “Cybersecurity for decision makers.” Limnéll served a long career has an officer in the Finnish Defense Forces and as worked as Director of Cybersecurity in McAfee.

Prior to joining Allianz, Daniel was Director at Deutsche Bank where is Global Head of Regulatory Contact Coordination, and in charge of the interaction with regulators globally, including coordination of regulatory audits and of the colleges of supervisors. Prior positions at DB included global compliance coordination of Outsourcing, Compliance Officer for Bulgaria, Romania, Croatia and Serbia and Reputational Risk Management. He coordinated various material regulatory investigations within Deutsche Bank. From 2006-2008 he coordinated the MiFID implementation projects. He represented Deutsche Bank in various fora at German and European level, including working groups of the German Banking Association, the EBA/CEBS and the BaFin Committee for the Minimum Requirements for Risk Management.
Daniel has been a research fellow at the Universities of Muenster and Barcelona. He studied at University of Muenster law school and received the bar exam at the Berlin Federal High Court. Daniel graduated from Harvard Law School Program on Negotiation and has a teaching assignment on Compliance at the University of Augsburg. He worked in the policy department of the Deutsche Bundestag and was for 9 months seconded to Spain in the European Commissions research project „Common Principles of European Private Law with Special Reference to Financial Transactions“. He published on various topics of compliance and is a frequent speaker at international conferences. Daniel is admitted to Bar in Munich, where he lives with his family.

Stephen is heavily involved with AFME’s CSDR Task Force and took a primary role in the development of a harmonised Due Diligence Questionnaire. He is the principal contact at AFME for Legal Entity Identifier (LEI) related matters. Previously, Stephen was responsible for implementation of equity business strategy in the post trade division at Deutsche Bank.
